- Inspect and Provide Feedback: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management and team members.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, training, and counseling to our housekeeping team members to help them reach their full potential and achieve our business goals.
- Provide Excellent Guest Service: Ensure that our guests receive a high level of service and that we promote a positive attitude throughout our facilities.
- Manage Maintenance Requests: Create and manage maintenance requests to ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Control and Account for Housekeeping Keys: Ensure that all housekeeping keys are accounted for and that our team members are following our key control procedures.
- Review and Assign Work: Review our workflow and staffing levels to ensure that we are adequately staffed to meet our business needs.
- Conduct Daily Shift Meetings: Conduct daily shift meetings with our team members to communicate important information, such as marketing promotions and company news.
- Investigate and Resolve Guest Complaints: Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with our company policies and procedures.
- Delegate Emergency Calls: Delegate emergency calls to our housekeeping team members as needed.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct daily performance reviews of our team members to ensure that they are meeting our expectations.
- Monitor Attendance: Monitor attendance and take corrective action as needed to ensure that our team members are meeting our attendance expectations.
- Schedule Staff: Schedule our housekeeping staff to ensure that we have adequate coverage throughout our facilities.
- Train or Re-Train Team Members: Train or re-train our team members as needed to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
- Administer Frontline Reviews: Administer frontline reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting our expectations.
- Motivate Top Performance: Motivate our team members to perform at their best by providing positive coaching and administering corrective counseling when necessary.
- Inventories Departmental Supplies: Inventory our departmental supplies and requisition as needed to ensure that we have the necessary materials to perform our jobs effectively.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 23 years of management experience in a guest service environment.
- Knowledge of Professional Housekeeping Procedures: Knowledge of professional housekeeping procedures is preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
- English Language Skills: Must understand and speak the English language.
