We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Core Caregiver. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with program managers to deliver exceptional client care
  • Provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping services
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, and general hygiene needs
  • Offer ambulation and mobility support
  • Remind clients of medication schedules
  • Transport clients to and from medical appointments
  • Assist with grocery shopping and other errands

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 30+ hours per week
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a background screening
  • Ability to work two weekends per month on a team-based rotation
  • CNA license (current or expired) or 1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCA or completion of a PCA training program
