Position Overview
The Advanced Imaging Research Center is seeking a Research Scientist to join the Liu Lab. The successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. and have a strong background in advanced MRI method development, MRI physics, sequence programming, data analysis, and scholarly publication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of five (5) years of research experience.
- Master's degree in a relevant field with at least seven (7) years of research experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of nine (9) years of research experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and oversee scientific research initiatives.
- Recruit research staff and establish project objectives.
- Evaluate and interpret research data, modifying methodologies as necessary.
- Prepare findings for publication and collaborate on research papers.
- Develop experimental equipment and mentor laboratory personnel.
- Engage with external collaborators regarding research advancements.
- Perform additional assigned responsibilities as required.
