- Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their repairs
- Manage and sell extended warranty options
- Ensure the quality of repairs and confirm completion of all tasks
- Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
- Discuss repairs and associated costs with customers in detail
- Address minor customer issues and complaints effectively
- Keep the Service Manager updated on any concerns or potential issues
- Achieve and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as per dealership standards
