Key Responsibilities:


1. Cultivate and enhance client relationships through tailored interactions that align with the company's 5-star service standards.

2. Address client transactional requirements, including processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, credit card advances, and money orders.

3. Respond to client inquiries regarding service charges and account management.

4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products, services, and operational procedures.

5. Meet outbound call targets to inform clients about digital solutions and address their financial needs.

6. Educate clients on digital banking options such as mobile and online services, emphasizing convenience.

7. Refer clients to appropriate internal departments based on identified needs.

8. Assist with daily operational tasks, including vault management, Night Depository handling, workstation setup, and drawer balancing.

9. Monitor and manage operational losses, seeking supervisory approval for transactions exceeding authority and ensuring effective loss prevention measures.

10. Utilize banking equipment proficiently and maintain knowledge of its functionalities.

11. Uphold professional standards in demeanor, attire, and workspace organization.

12. Act as a mentor, providing guidance and training to colleagues on policies and procedures.

13. Manage lobby activities by engaging with clients and directing foot traffic.

14. Conduct research for clients as necessary.

15. Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, is mandatory.


Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- A minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and client referrals is highly desirable.
