Job Title: Broadband Specialist

Mediacom Communications is seeking a skilled Broadband Specialist to join our team. As a Broadband Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable television and broadband services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of entertainment, communications, and internet services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain cable television and broadband services
  • Drive company vehicles and use equipment such as bucket trucks
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Meet sales targets and promote additional services to customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to work in high or tight spaces and at various heights
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
