Your Role as Portfolio Asset Strategist:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing communities with a focus on mission-driven objectives.
  • Managing asset performance, conducting financial analysis, and preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Tracking project milestones and guiding property management strategies.
  • Collaborating with resident services to ensure community goals are achieved.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulations and reporting obligations.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent organizational skills.
  • An understanding of financial statements and operations within affordable housing.
  • Experience in real estate, finance, or affordable housing sectors.
  • Strong planning skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in affordable housing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation associated with real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with the California market is advantageous.
  • Experience in financial modeling is a plus.
  • A Master's degree in real estate development is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 annually.
