Job Summary

The Office of Tax Appeals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the planning, organization, and implementation of enterprise IT services and systems. As the CIO, you will be responsible for the overall management of the information technology resources for the Office of Tax Appeals, directing the IT staff in a combination of domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business operations of the Office of Tax Appeals.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of IT services.
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify and implement new technology solutions that meet the business needs of the Office of Tax Appeals.
  • Manage IT projects and compliance reporting, ensuring that all IT initiatives are aligned with the business objectives of the Office of Tax Appeals.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all IT resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading and managing IT teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT service management, project management, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the business objectives of the Office of Tax Appeals.
