Merchandise Specialist

Sam's Club is seeking a skilled Merchandise Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail inventory team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, ensuring products are stocked and facing correctly, and assisting members with their purchases.

$18.50 per hour, based on market conditions and industry standards.

1. Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal display presentation.
2. Restock and face merchandise on shelves, including remerchandising product displays and removing damaged goods.
3. Assist members with their purchases, providing guidance on product location and answering questions about products.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a register.

• Competitive hourly wage range: $16.00-$23.00 per hour.
