This role involves merchandising, creating, and building displays within a territory to provide a positive shopper experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, establish retailer relationships, and collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for performing service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores. This includes day-to-day engagement, holiday support, department resets, and one team vision. You'll work with local store teams to create an engaging shopping experience and ensure that Hallmark products are displayed effectively. A physically demanding job, this role requires the ability to lift, carry, and push cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Requirements for the role include being at least 18 years old, able to read, write, and understand English, and having reliable transportation to report to assigned locations. A starting salary of $14.00 per hour is offered, with a variable schedule during the work week and weekly hours ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Salary and Shift Details
