Key Responsibilities:
As the Chief of Emergency Care Services, you will be instrumental in the comprehensive management and oversight of our Emergency Department and Short Stay Outpatient Unit. Your leadership will be vital in guaranteeing efficient, high-quality patient care that reflects the mission and goals of Ambe Healthcare Staffing.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
- A minimum of 5 years in emergency nursing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required.
- Nurse Executive Board Certification (NEBC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with education and experience.
Eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses, relocation assistance, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
