About the Role:

As the Director of Emergency Services & Short Stay Outpatient Unit, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Emergency Department and Short Stay Outpatient Unit. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • Nurse Executive Board Certification (NEBC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), or equivalent certification preferred
Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

We offer a competitive salary range of $114,400.00 to $131,560.00 annually, depending on education and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, education assistance, and a 403(b) with employer matching.
