Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restorative Nurse to lead our restorative nursing program. As a Restorative Nurse, you will be responsible for performing restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence, and minimize the negative effects of disability. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' abilities and promote independence
  • Assist with admissions as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure
  • One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Current/active CPR certification
