Job Summary

The Supervisor Cabin Services position is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating airport activities, including ramp services, to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Airport Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of airport activities, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, and dispatching flights.
  • Ramp Services Coordination: Coordinate with ramp services teams to ensure efficient and safe handling of cargo and luggage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of airport operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and days off as required.
