Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • CPR and AED Certified
  • 2+ years of experience in personal training
  • Proven Leadership and Management Skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, program design, and coaching abilities
  • Capability to lead and achieve results through others
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related discipline
  • Experience with virtual training methodologies
  • Track record in client acquisition and retention
  • Ability to effectively lead multiple fitness professionals
  • Proficiency in Life Time business applications
