Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and caring environment, providing assistance with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
- Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to management
Requirements:
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work a rotating 4 on 2 off schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Pre-employment background check required
