POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Insurance Agent Support Specialist at Natalie Reid - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our agency. Your innovative approach and strategic mindset will contribute to the sustained success of our services. This role involves assisting the agent in delivering exceptional customer service to address the insurance requirements of our clientele while reaching out to potential clients to schedule sales meetings.

By representing our team and the insurance products we offer, you will gain valuable insights that are essential for your professional development. We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented individual who can seamlessly integrate their expertise into our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the agent to manage the agency's online presence and social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a digital marketing strategy to enhance office visibility.
  • Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community initiatives.
  • Engage with clients both over the phone and in person to foster relationships.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Handle incoming calls, resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Calculate premiums, discounts, and other payment details for various products and services.
  • Process payments through various methods and address billing inquiries.
  • Provide payment receipts, manage payment processing, and handle returned checks.
  • Assist clients in verifying policy accuracy and enabling online account access.
  • Contact clients regarding policy reinstatements and manage policy updates.
  • Support clients with service transactions and documentation submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Ability to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Competence in delivering presentations to prospective clients.
  • Proficient in generating content for social media, websites, and emails.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting.
