As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Perren - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in helping customers manage the risks of everyday life. Our agency is one of the top performing agencies in the territory, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses and maintain them in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred, but not required.
