POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our compassionate caregiving team at Summit LTC Dallas II LLC. The PCA will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will engage directly with patients, ensuring their comfort and safety, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
We are looking for a committed, empathetic, and energetic individual who can serve as an essential link between our patients and the nursing staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved PCA certification training program and maintenance of good standing.
- Possession of a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Preferred: One year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current registration as a Nursing Aide on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry is required.
