Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer patient care practices in accordance with department and hospital policies/procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
  • Demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self, as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards and act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
  • Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Must obtain CT Certification one year upon acceptance of the offer.
  • Prior experience preferred as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
