Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including financial information and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Collect and process patient samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration a plus.
  • Lived addiction experience a plus.
