Role Purpose: This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Kentucky Center for Mathematics. The role includes managing financial transactions through SAP, procuring materials for professional development initiatives, and maintaining accurate records for tracking purposes. The KCM aims to enhance mathematics education for students across all levels in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:
1. The Coordinator will oversee the financial management of KCM grants, working closely with the KCM Program Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting annual budget forecasts and maintaining a shadow budget for operational efficiency.
- Reviewing financial data within the NKU SAP system and preparing quarterly reports for stakeholders.
- Ensuring budget alignment with KCM's mission and objectives.

2. Financial Processing:
- Responsible for processing invoices, preparing purchase requisitions, and managing travel requests and expense reports through SAP.
- Collaborate with schools to manage invoicing and utilize Business Warehouse for monitoring labor distribution and budget consumption.
- Reconcile KCM PCards related to grant expenditures and maintain comprehensive records of reports and receipts.

3. Material Management:
- Oversee the operations related to materials within the grant, acting as a liaison between KCM math mentors and the center.
- Ensure timely production and inventory management of materials for grant-related activities.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, graphic design, social media platforms, and video editing.
- A minimum of 2 letters of recommendation are required.

Location: On campus at NKU.
