Job Summary

Tanglewood Builders LLC is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to lead our construction projects.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
  • Assist supervisors in structural design, planning, layout, and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures.
  • Conduct repair work and installation as required.
  • Evaluate the quality of woodwork and materials.
  • Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or 4+ years experience as a journey-level carpenter.
  • Addional certification may be required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mathematical knowledge.
