About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise setups and adjustments on sale, rental, and customer instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct detailed restoration and repair work on client and in-house instruments, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the workshop, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Provide technical expertise and support customer inquiries related to instrument care and maintenance.
  • Ensure all instruments leaving the workshop meet Payton Violins' rigorous quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide instrument adjustments and customizations, and provide additional support when required.

  • Meticulous craftsmanship and a commitment to quality in all tasks.
