Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hebrew SeniorLife. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.

About the Role

This is a $80,000 - $110,000 per year opportunity for a seasoned RN to utilize their expertise and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all care delivered meets the highest standards of safe professional nursing practice and aligns with HSL's core competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary members to meet the clinical needs of patients and monitor outcomes of care
  • Adhere to best practice recommendations and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure optimum patient outcomes
  • Maintain accountability for a set of assigned patients and revise care plans as necessary
  • Document appropriately in the electronic medical record and identify resources needed to ensure safe and effective care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current Massachusetts license as an R.N. in good standing
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
