Senior Care Nurse Professional

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clinical support teams to address patient needs and track outcomes
- Take ownership of assigned patients within a primary nursing model
- Engage in care planning, fostering patient autonomy and choice
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
- Mentor and coach staff, including PCA
We offer a competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour, paid bi-weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, sick pay, vacation pay (accrued biweekly), scholarships and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements:- Active RN license in MA
- 1 year of RN experience
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
