Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Supervisor to lead our production line and drive continuous improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring production goals are met, material changes are implemented, and schedules are maintained. You'll also lead and demonstrate your people skills, providing direction and support to your team of operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production line activities to meet production goals, material changes, and schedules
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, RCA, and LEAN
  • Provide direction and support to your team of operators
  • Ensure a "safety first" approach is maintained
  • Work a full shift, be prompt, and be available to work overtime as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years' experience in a technical supervisory role
  • Proven knowledge of leading safety and/or quality programs & processes
  • Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Metal Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
  • BS/BA and significant related experience
