The HCSS plays a vital role in our practices, serving as the initial point of contact for our patients. A successful HCSS consistently delivers an exceptional first impression by providing outstanding customer service.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Friday - 7:45am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary customer service to all patients
• Facilitate patient check-ins and gather necessary documentation
• Collect co-payments and confirm insurance details
• Address patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Manage phone communications and prepare new patient records accurately
• Digitally scan documents and essential paperwork into the practice management system
Qualifications:
• Experience in insurance verification is essential
• Previous experience in a dental office is preferred
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable
