Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing exercise programs for patients. Your expertise will be utilized to assess cardiovascular and metabolic effects of exercise for cardiac and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will create educational materials and sessions for patients, relying on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position requires a high degree of creativity and latitude, and you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks. You may also lead and direct the work of others.

Requirements

A master's degree in exercise physiology, certification as an exercise technologist, and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area are required for this position. You should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
