Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with the Escalated Claims Team to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to inspect claims and resolve disputes
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input on current product and installation challenges
- Promote customer retention and growth by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service and resolution experience
- Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation
- Experience de-escalating situations and working towards a positive resolution for all parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
