Position Overview

• Perform thorough cleaning of facilities.

• Maintain and replenish restroom supplies.

• Collect and dispose of waste materials.

• Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming methods.

• Adhere to protocols for the application of chemical cleaners and equipment to safeguard floors and fixtures.

• Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and detergents as per guidelines.

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.

• Set up tables, chairs, and rooms as required.

• Inform management of significant repair needs or system enhancements.

• Order necessary supplies or equipment for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of experience in commercial cleaning roles.

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English vocabulary.

• Physical requirements may include walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and working in various positions.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Personal protective equipment must be worn when necessary.
