**Job Summary:**

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This includes:

* Daily oil fryer filter maintenance
* Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
* Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
* Emptying the trash compactor
* Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
* Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
* Collaborate with team members to achieve facility maintenance goals

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment maintenance
