Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document vital signs and other health indicators such as weight and skin condition.
- Assist with essential tasks including organizing personal belongings and facilitating smooth admissions and discharges.
- Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing, hair care, and oral hygiene.
- Aid residents during meal times and accurately record their food and fluid intake.
- Change bed linens and manage personal laundry.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of residents' activities and communicate any significant changes to licensed staff.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide training program.
- Current CNA certification.
