Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

At Patient Care Medical Group, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech and language disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and optimize independence.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient
Work closely with the Regional Director of Therapy Operations to ensure proper execution and maintenance of Speech and other Wellness Programs
Provide thorough SLP education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care
Makes clinically necessary referrals to other disciplines within care network as well as other agencies in order to address the most complex and comprehensive needs of the patient

Requirements:
Valid State Speech Language Pathologist and Audiology license/certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and language disorders
