Job Overview

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join the team at one of our multifamily apartment communities. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the community manager, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including rent rolls, delinquency reports, and move-in/move-out schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with residents to ensure timely rent payments and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Process receivables and verify accuracy of all deposits.
  • Exercise sound judgment regarding community expenditures and maintain knowledge of best supplier partners for cost, quality, and service.
  • Help maintain the physical well-being and curb appeal of the apartment community.
  • Establish and maintain the best possible occupancy of the apartment community and lease apartments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of multifamily property management experience.
  • Prior experience in an Assistant Community Manager role is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
