Position Summary:
As a travel nurse RN in the ICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. This position requires a commitment to excellence and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care: Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients in the ICU, ensuring their safety and comfort.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
3. Monitoring: Assess and monitor patients' conditions, documenting changes and responding to interventions as necessary.
4. Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate records of all treatments and interventions.
5. Support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing education about care processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an ICU setting.

- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary and move about as needed.
