Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

Job Description
We are seeking skilled caregivers to join our team and provide essential support and care to patients in various settings. As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families;
• Monitoring patients' health status and reporting any changes to the nursing staff;
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients;
• Following care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals;
• Ensuring patients' comfort and dignity at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• Current certification as an STNA, CNA, or NA;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude;
• Ability to lift and move patients as required.
