Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Develop and implement project plans, including budget development and project scheduling.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and designers, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial and industrial project experience as a Professional Engineer.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Licenses: PE License required.
