Position Summary:
Oasis Powersports is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Service Advisor to become part of our team. This role will act as the primary liaison for our clients, offering expert guidance, organizing service appointments, and guaranteeing a seamless, customer-oriented service experience. The ideal candidate will possess a love for powersports, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and evaluate their service requirements, providing expert recommendations on maintenance and repairs.
  • Arrange service appointments and oversee the service workflow to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to provide updates on service status, clarify necessary repairs, and suggest options.
  • Prepare service estimates, review repair orders, and manage service transactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within the promised timeframe.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders in our system.
  • Stay informed about the latest powersports products, services, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service position within the automotive or powersports sector.
  • Strong understanding of powersports vehicles, maintenance, and repair processes is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and service management software.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for powersports.
