Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employee Health Benefits Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Health & Benefits team, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process and day-to-day correspondence with clients. You will assist producers in gathering necessary information for new and renewing groups, handle implementations, intake forms, and review benefits. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process and day-to-day correspondence with clients
  • Assist producers in gathering necessary information for new and renewing groups
  • Handle implementations, intake forms, and review benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of our services
Requirements
  • Possess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers, and prospects concerning Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage
  • Service assigned clients and prospective clients
  • Assist producers in gathering necessary information regarding new/renewal accounts and submit this information to the marketing department
  • Work closely with producers to formulate a complete submission for clients
  • Coordinate workflows with producers and department managers
  • Direct implementation, enrollment, and communication processes
  • Perform periodic service calls in accordance with service standards
  • Maintain awareness of new developments and legislation in the Group Benefits field
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and carriers
  • Hold an active 2-15 license
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with Benefit Point, ImageRight, Employee Navigator, and Zywave
  • College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
