Job Description
The Vice President, Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Wholesale and Retail divisions, including product management, vendor relationships, and sales strategy development. This key role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage sales teams to deliver profitable growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
