8. Assign tasks to team members and monitor staffing levels.
9. Collaborate with front desk staff to meet guest requests and manage room allocations.
10. Ensure timely completion of back-to-back reservations and prepare for group arrivals.
11. Work closely with housekeeping to resolve room discrepancies and update statuses.
12. Stay informed about hotel, community, and special events to enhance guest experience.
Additional Duties
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
