We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Specialist to join our team at Seeking Health LLC. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning and overall management of our Amazon marketing and operations channel.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to Seeking Health's Core Values and support the execution of e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external marketing teams to execute e-commerce platform marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a monthly marketing and distribution plan.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager on e-commerce supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, and fill rates.
- Support and establish efficiencies regarding Fulfill by Amazon (FBA).
- Serve as the main point of contact between Seeking Health, 3P selling partners, e-commerce platforms, and paid support contractors.
- Work closely with internal wholesale and warehouse teams to support wholesale order placement and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to monitor and address customer concerns and product listing issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation.
- Oversee buy box trends and manage accordingly.
- Ensure all Amazon account issues/blocked listings are handled accordingly.
- Drive short- and long-term Amazon and e-commerce strategies to meet and exceed the company's growth goals.
- Communicate with Pattern account manager and other wholesalers, including product updates/reformulations, name changes, label changes, and new product launches.
- Provide assets: creative, copy, digital, product attributes for wholesale accounts.
- Onboard new products using Pattern's onboarding template.
- Collaborate with Pattern account manager to provide documentation for blocked products (including live-in-hand images, COAs, etc.).
- Collaborate with Pattern marketing teams on creative assets and SEO/copy.
- Collaborate with Pattern ad manager to monitor strategy and ad spend.
- Adhere to other duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are REQUIRED.
- Proficient in Asana (project management software).
- Proficient or eagerness to become proficient with Amplify software.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- High level of comfort holding team members, including senior team members, accountable for deliverables and quickly flagging any areas of risk to management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WordPress, social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and quickly in a fast, production and deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Project and process management experience required.
- Proven track record in working collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team and proactively inserting yourself as necessary.
