Obstetrician Gynecologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our team at Unified Women's Healthcare, LP. The ideal candidate will have experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health and be board certified or board eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data.
- Order or perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, and basic wound care.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, follow hospitalized patients as appropriate, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Gain competence in Electronic Medical Record System.
- Billing submission at time of office visit.
Requirements
- Experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health.
- MD or DO from accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Connecticut License.
- Federal and State controlled substance licenses.
- BLS certification.
- Eligible for hospital privileges.
- Effective communication, listening, and customer service skills.
