Obstetrician-Gynecologist Physician

Unified Women's Healthcare, LP is seeking a skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing medical conditions, and developing treatment plans.

• Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough physical examinations, compile patient medical data, and develop patient management plans.
• Order and Perform Therapeutic Procedures: Order injections, immunizations, and basic wound care as needed.
• Counsel and Educate Patients: Instruct patients on compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
• Develop and Implement Patient Management Plans: Follow hospitalized patients as appropriate, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Knowledge: Gain competence in Electronic Medical Record System and stay current with industry developments.

• Experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health: Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology or women's health is required.
• Medical Degree and Licensure: Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school and be licensed to practice medicine in Connecticut.
• Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology is required.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills are essential.
