Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled DON Director of Nursing RN to fill a full-time, salaried position in a well-run facility with a strong support staff.

We require a solution-oriented DON Director of Nursing RN who can provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated.

This position comes with a current salary of $95,000 (depending on experience and census) and annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500. Additionally, full-time DON Director of Nursing RN is supported by a comprehensive benefits program including; medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401k, and more.

Key Requirements:

  • An active state RN Registered Nurse license is required.
  • SNF/long-term care experience is required.
