As our Director of Nursing RN, you will:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Lead and manage the nursing team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000, depending on experience and census, as well as annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401k, and more.

• An active state RN Registered Nurse license
• SNF/long-term care experience
