Job Title: Table Games Floor Supervisor

Are you an experienced and dedicated professional seeking a challenging opportunity in the gaming industry? Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled Table Games Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor all games within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of table games, conducting accurate counts as provided by dealers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of card decks before gameplay commences.
  • Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain constant vigilance over bets and payouts, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Complete rating cards for players, contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
  • Initiate and verify fills to tables, ensuring a smooth and seamless gaming operation.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and concerns, adhering to established procedures.
  • Exhibit composure and sound decision-making when addressing guest demands and potential issues.
  • Monitor the volume and quality of pit business, adjusting game spread and table limits in line with established policies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by comprehensive knowledge of various table games and dealing techniques.
  • Ideal experience in a Table Games supervisory role or as a table games dealer, showcasing proficiency in games such as blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining positive team member relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with both guests and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply instructions and policies effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities within standard operational contexts.
  • Outstanding customer relations skills and a team-oriented approach to work.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to complete the pre-employment process and obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, as per operational requirements.

Certifications:
  • Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the G2 level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the Casino floor.
