Maintenance Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including AC filter changes, light changes, and small engine type work
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machines, chip conveyors, cranes, and other equipment
  • Inspect and maintain forklifts and other vehicles
  • Conduct safety audits and complete audit results

Requirements:

  • Building maintenance experience required
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance and safety protocols
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and focus on safety
