Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the maintenance and operational integrity of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, along with other building control systems, function efficiently and are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing a variety of general and preventative maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs on equipment, ensuring all systems are operating optimally.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of service cycles.
  • Participate in the training and development of junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Oversee the installation and alteration of machinery and facilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and perform necessary safety tests.
  • Maintain tools and supplies essential for job performance.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Associate's or Technical Degree, or a relevant combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be at least 21 years of age.
